Sony has officially revealed the PlayStation Plus Monthly Games lineup for August 2026, with subscribers set to receive three very different experiences. Headlining this month’s selection is Dying Light 2 Stay Human: Reloaded Edition, alongside the day one release of Big Walk and the critically acclaimed indie horror game Signalis. All three titles are available to PlayStation Plus Essential, Extra and Premium members from August 4 until August 31.
Leading the lineup is Dying Light 2 Stay Human: Reloaded Edition, Techland’s open world zombie action game. Set in a post apocalyptic city overrun by the infected, players use parkour, melee combat and player driven choices to survive. The Reloaded Edition also includes years of post launch improvements and additional content, making it the definitive version of the game. The campaign can be played solo or in up to four player co op.
Also joining the service is Big Walk, the latest project from House House, the Australian studio behind Untitled Goose Game. Launching into PlayStation Plus on day one, Big Walk is a cooperative multiplayer adventure focused on exploration, communication and teamwork rather than combat. Players work together to solve puzzles and navigate a colourful open world, offering a much more relaxed experience than the month’s other titles.
Completing the lineup is Signalis, an indie survival horror game that has built a strong reputation since its launch. Inspired by genre classics like Resident Evil and Silent Hill, the game follows android protagonist Elster as she searches for her missing partner inside a mysterious facility. Its retro inspired visuals, tense atmosphere and limited resource management have made it one of the highest rated modern indie horror games.
In addition to the monthly games, PlayStation Plus members will also receive a free MARVEL Tōkon: Fighting Souls Pack later this month, which includes exclusive PlayStation avatars and character poses.
Overall, August’s lineup offers a strong mix of blockbuster action, cooperative exploration and classic survival horror.
