Warzone fans have not had too many complaints recently when it comes to overpowered weapons, although now it seems that the MG 82 has threw a spanner in the works.
It seems that its strength has been short lived as Raven Software have a nerf for the weapon already in the pipeline.
The MG 82 is free for all players to unlock as part of Season 4’s battle pass, for those who have already tried the weapon have been left astounded by the weapons excellent range, perfect accuracy and its intense fire rate.
The speed of the gun has allowed players to tear through enemies at an alarming rate, however alongside its strengths it also poses some negative issues too with many fans branding the gun overpowered.
Fans have taken to social media to share their concerns on the issue, now it seems that Raven Software have taken the feedback on board as they have confirmed a nerf for the weapon is in motion.
Devs Raven Software took to Twitter to share the news with fans, the post read “The MG 82 (BOCW) made one too many trips to the Pack-a-Punch machine before deploying to Verdansk. Element 115 is off limits in #Warzone so we will be making an adjustment to this Weapon soon”.

Element 115 is off limits in #Warzone so we will be making an adjustment to this Weapon soon. ☢️
There was no further information on when this patch would be issues but hopefully fans can expect to see it sooner rather than later.
The weapons days at the top are soon due to come to end once the patch comes into play, the gun is likely to become a shadow of what it once was.
