Activision have recently dropped Call of Duty blog post giving fans some insight into what content they can hope to expect from Warzone and Black Ops Cold War Season 2.
A host of new content will be headed to the game with Black Ops Cold War Season 2 begins on the 25th February, there will be heaps of new changes and additions for players to explore.

There will be a total of three brand new multiplayer maps that will be headed to Black Ops Cold War:
- Mansion – Gunfight
- Golova – Multi-team
- Apocolypse – 6×6
There will also be the addition of two new multiplayer modes:
- Stockpile
- Gun game
There is also going to be a shiny new Zombies Outbreak experience that which was leaked earlier this week.

However, there are also big changes in store for Warzone too, although the roadmap doesn’t give too much away it does leave fans a message reading “a dark wave approaches Verdansk”, hopefully we will get more information on what it might entail next week.
Apart from that, there is plenty of other details to focus on such as the addition of four new operators:
- Rivas
- Naga
- Maxis
- Wolf
There will also be six new weapons that will be added also:
- Machete
- LC10 SMG
- Fara 83 Assault Rifle
- R1 Shadowhunter Crossbow
- ZRG 20mm Sniper
- E-Tool
There is also a new Battle Pass on its way along with a series of new prestige levels.
Players should expect to see Season 2 commence on February 25th, however if you just can’t wait that long you can find the rolling update available for Black Ops Cold War in North America on February 23rd and in Europe February 24th, there will also be a similar timeframe for Warzone too.
