In just less than 24 hours after Warzone’s Season 5 Reloaded update launched, it looks as if the developers have made some immediate changes to the buffed DMR 14.
Call of Duty: Warzone’s Season 5 Reloaded update has just dropped, the update brought with it buffs to a number of weapons.
However it seems that less than 24 hours after the update dropped, the devs have been back to make further changes.
The patch notes for the update include a buff to the DMR, and while it was only the recoil that was tweaked, players seems to catch on pretty quickly.
The devs then sprung into immediate action as they nerfed the weapon again, making amendments to the damage profile.
‘Repullze’ took to Twitter with a clip showing an SMG version of the DMR proving to be popular almost immediately after the patch dropped.
The post read “DMR CLOSE RANGE META….”
As Repullze brands the weapon “broken” many other players were quick to agree, since then it seems as if Raven Software quickly put a stop to the issue as they nerfed the rifle.
Raven Software took to Twitter to share the news of the update with fans, the post read “A #Warzone update is now live! Includes a Weapon adjustment and a few Bug Fixes. The Season Five Reloaded Patch Notes have been amended (see September 9th)”
