More and more Call of Duty: Warzone players are quitting the game due to the ongoing hacking pandemic. Now cheat makers have started to troll Warzones developers.
Call of Duty: Warzone has been overrun with cheaters even since it released over a year ago, a series of ban waves have been issued to try and keep hackers at bay but now it seems that cheating is worse than ever.
As Season 4 draws to a close, we’ve already seen many players and content creators hang up their weapons due to the rampant cheating.
The developers have failed to get the the hacking fully under control, cheaters have somehow managed to work their way around various ban waves even with the most recent wiping out over 50,000 accounts.
Now it seems that the cheat makers themselves are are trolling developer Raven Software on Twitter.
Players noticed an issue a couple of days ago after the CX-9 SMG was officially added to the game, the weapon had been sought after for quite some time however players soon realised there were some serious issues when trying to level it up and completing unlock challenges.
Raven Software have since resolved this and were quick to respond to feedback alerting fans that they were aware of the issue and working on it.
However, well known cheat makers ‘EngineOwning’ responded to the devs Tweet with “Sorry to hear this! In case you still wanna use it, our Unlock All Feature unlocks all guns including the CX-9”.
This wasn’t all either, after Raven had Tweeted that the issue was resolved they responded again with “Phew, what a relief! Finally a company we can trust and that delivers so much needed fixes! Who, if not you, is able to guarantee that everything can be unlocked. I don’t know who could. Next fix anti-cheat?”
These responses were quick to pick up a huge amount of interaction online with a lot of people finding humour in the situation.
