Twitch recently confirmed that a player had been banned after accusations of cheating during a $75,000 Warzone tournament.
The Twitch Rivals EU Warzone Showdown is currently taking place with a prize of $75,000 up for grabs.
Twitch Rivals have banned a streamer and began an investigation following accusations of cheating taking place in the tournament.
Well known leaker Fifakill took to Twitter with claims of a player in the lobby cheating. The post read “There was a hacker in the custom lobby LMFAO! Game might be getting reset now but we cant escape them haha! just found out I landed on him with a pistol and gunned him”.

The streamer in question is ‘DavskaR’, a number of clips have since surfaced online in which other players are saying an aimbot is in use.

Many were left confused as to why the player was allowed to continue playing after so blatantly cheating, however the player has since been banned and removed from the tournament.
CloudFuel, Twitch Rivals community manager revealed in a response on Twitter that the player has been removed and a investigation has began.

Consequently, DavskaR’s Twitch channel seems to no longer be accessible, likely due to a ban.
