Treyarch confirms a number of weapons will be nerfed in next update.
As Season 5 of Black Ops Cold War is in full swing, multiplayer mode continues to be as popular as ever with even more players taking to the mode to get a hand on the games latest weapons.
Players have already began reporting that many of these weapons are overpowered, such as the EM2 and the TEC-9 which can very speedily kill.
Treyarch has since confirmed that these weapons were in need of balancing since a host of complaints from players tired of being instantly wiped out by these weapons.
The good news is that nerfs are on the way, as confirmed by Treyarch on August 26, the patch notes confirm that the TEC-9, EM2 and PPSH-41 will all be nerfed.
“We’re also planning new weapon tuning adjustments for the TEC-9, EM2, and PPSh-41 for our next update…watch for those patch notes in the near future”.
Although, there were no official dates as to when we will see these changes implemented, it is expected that it will launch at some time in September.
Players can only hope that these changes will finally balance these issues before Season 6 when the next addition of weapons will hit the game.
