According to an industry insider, The Elder Scrolls 6 is a ‘planned’ Xbox exclusive.
Tensions are running high at the moment as there has been countless rumours regarding Starfield being an Xbox exclusive, now an industry insider has stepped up and delivered the information we have been waiting for.
It seems that not only will Starfield not be making its way to other consoles, neither will The Elder Scrolls 6.
Jeff Grubb recently took to Twitter claiming that Starfield will not be going to other consoles, and that The Elder Scrolls 6 is a ‘planned’ Xbox exclusive.
The post read “No. And also Elder Scrolls 6 is planned as Xbox exclusive as well.”
No. And also Elder Scrolls 6 is planned as Xbox exclusive as well.
Of course, we must take this information with a pinch of salt for now, however Xbox has previously stated that future titles from Bethesda will be available on platforms in which Game Pass exists.
Although it seems that there is a silver lining for PlayStation users, Bethesda’s Pete Hines recently said at this years Gamescom that fans are “done ever playing stuff on PlayStation” and went on to say he doesn’t actually know the answer right now.
There is always the possibility that some Bethesda titles will still make their way over to PlayStation, however if it’s Starfield or The Elder Scrolls 6 you’re looking for you may need to get your hands on an Xbox.
