The series has been remastered for next-gen console Xbox Series X.
Crytek announced back in June that the Crysis Remastered Trilogy would be coming later this year.
The trilogy is set to include Crysis, Crysis 2 and Crysis 3 and will come to last-gen consoles as well and next-gen devices, and we finally have a glimpse of how it looks on Xbox Series X.
The video shows off a comparison between the original version of the game played on Xbox 360 along with a side by side view of what it looks like on Xbox Series X.
The side by side shots highlight a lot of the differences in the details between the two versions, with some being more slight and others extremely obvious.
The video description reads “Xbox players, it’s been some time. Feast your eyes on the #CrysisRemasteredTrilogy – Xbox 360 vs. Xbox Series X Comparison Trailer! High-def textures, Dynamic Resolution between 1080p and 4K at up to 60 fps, substantial visual upgrades & more on XSX. Coming this fall!”
The title looks as if it is coming on really well and there will be plenty for fans of the series to look forward to when it is finally released later this year.
Each of the games featured in the trilogy will include their single player campaigns, players will also be able to buy these separatley if they prefer.
Although there is no official release date for these games at the moment, fans should expect to see them drop sometime before the end of the year.
