Aaron Greenberg from Xbox also said “Starfield will be an launching exclusively on Xbox Series X|S and PC on November 11, 2022. Game Pass members can play it day one as well on Xbox & PC. I know we have said this all before and none of that has or will change.”
“We have tried to be as clear as possible, not a timed exclusive, this is simply where the game is being made.”

Pete had also mentioned in an interview with GameSpot a few months ago “If you want to play Starfield, [it’s] PC and Xbox. Sorry. All I can really say is I apologise, because I’m certain that it’s frustrating to folks, but there’s not a whole lot I can do about it.”
So, it looks like if you’re wanting a slice of the Starfield action when it releases next year, you’re going to need a PC or Xbox.
