Pro players are slowly making their way back to Call of Duty: Warzone now that CDL offseason has begun, however it seems that they have quickly come under the watchful eye of fans who have accused them of cheating.
Seth ‘Scump’ Abner has recently found himself in the firing line with fans after only popping back into Verdansk for a couple of days.
It appears that the pro player is already taking down whole lobbies and showing off their skills while streaming, however some fans seem to think that this is just too good to be true.
For those viewers who have not watched pro players before, it can be surprising to see just how good they really are however it would be concerning to think that they have hacked their way to the top.
Twitter user ‘KeviSkillz’ took to the platform to share comments from viewers accusing Scump of using a Cronus.
The post read “Scump has been streaming Warzone for a total of THREE days. Already the chat is being flooded with Comments calling him a hacker or using a Cronus. Actual comedy LMAO”
Raven Software have recently been trying to crack down on cheaters in the game with multiple ban waves, it is crazy to think that even these pro players are coming under fire with hacking allegations.
Scump took to Twitter to say “Me getting accused of cheating in warzone”.
While its not a new tradition to accuse players of cheating, it is quite clear to see when a player is actually cheating or not.
As the competitive community for Warzone has continued to grow over the past year, it looks as if it has no intention of slowing down anytime soon.
