The recent job listings on Rockstar’s website has lead fans to believe the much anticipated Grand Theft Auto 6 could be in the final stages of development.

Fans have been waiting years for the next instalment in the series and since the release of the next gen consoles PS5 and Xbox Series X/S it seems like the perfect time to bring forward a new Grand Theft Auto title.

The job listings call for game testers at Rockstar India, Lincoln and North which have lead players into thinking this could be something to do with GTA 6.

The listing states that people in this role have the responsibility of weeding out bugs in the game and reporting any issues they may fine during gameplay, along with submitting reports that include screenshots and videos.

It was also noted that in Rockstar India’s job listing, it called for a person who has “knowledge and experience of Rockstar’s recent titles” which many found peculiar as this was the only listing which called for this requirement.
