Last weeks Oculus Gaming Showcase confirmed the release of Resident Evil 4 VR that is expected late this year.
The recent Resident Evil Showcase revealed that Resident Evil 4 VR is on the cards, along with a look at gameplay for Resident Evil Village and an announcement as Mercenaries mode returns.
It’s been a long time since we saw the release of Resident Evil 4 back in 2005 when it first stepped out on Nintendo Gamecube, since then it has seemed to go from strength to strength on other consoles.

The title has seen its day on almost every console from Wii, Switch, Xbox and Playstation becoming a fan favourite in the gaming community over the years.
The teaser demonstrating gameplay for Resident Evil 4 on Oculus Quest 2 is enough to win over any RE fan.
It was revealed that Oculus Studios, Armature Studio and Capcom have been working on the title for around two years, ensuring that is the very best experience for players as the original title was release 16 years ago.

“Items and weapons have been reengineered to become physical objects that players can interact with so that you can pick up things like ammo, keys and treasures as well as load, aim and fire weapons in VR”
They also revealed that the game would also be comfortable to play while sitting down and for those concerned about motion sickness while playing, they have also developed a point to point moving system.
