Ahead of its launch, Splitgate’s servers will need to be upgraded in order to keep up with demand.

The free shooter title Splitgate has became so incredibly popular it will need a major overhaul on its servers before its official release.
The launch date has been pushed back by a month in order to make sure its servers are up to scratch.

The delay is to give the development team enough time to increase server capacity and make sure everything is running smoothly before the titles launch.
1047 CEO Ian Proulx said “With the steep and sudden increase in players trying to access servers, we’re having to sort out a myriad of technical issues that come with this level of insane growth. The new content will include three brand new maps alongside a host of new customisation options.
