As Call of Duty: Vanguards release looms ever closer, some fans have been expressing their concerns as they feel the integration could be bad news for Warzone.
Call of Duty players are expecting to be transported back to a World War II setting with this years title.
This setting will give fans the chance to add some iconic weapons to their loadouts, sparking some concern as Warzone already includes a number of classic weapons from a similar time period.
When Warzone first launched it only included current day weapons, but since the release of Cold War the game has shifted to much older weapons and equipment, which can only be exaggerated by the integration with Vanguard.
It is likely we will see some weapons added such as the M1 Garand and the Thompson, fans are worried that this integration could throw the balance of the game out.
Players have been taking to social media to share their concerns on the upcoming integration, with many other rushing to the comment sections to agree.
Fans were also quick to note just how broken weapons were in Black Ops cold War back when it was first released, there was many guns that seemed to be underperforming until the devs buffed them.
There has been a number of balance issues that have had to be rectified throughout the pas year, many of these which have impacted Warzone’s meta.
Players have also commented how weird it would be to see WW2 style weapons perform better than modern day guns.
That is not all either, many have spoken out with concerns of weapon attachments will work alongside these classic weapons.
Either way, it won’t be very long until we find out how this will all play out as Call of Duty Vanguard is due to release later this year.
