Outriders players are able to get their hands on some free content after a series of server issues caused issues in the game shortly after launch.
Outriders has proved to be incredibly popular with gamers and despite its similarities to other looter shooter titles it somehow still manages to stand out in the crowd. It even rose high up the list of Xbox’s Most Played Games list.
Multiple server issues plagued the title on release leaving players with severe connection issues and unable to play the game as the game requires an online connection even for single player.
People Can Fly have been hard at work on a patch to rectify these issues , they will also issue a ‘appreciation package’ out to players as an apology which will include heaps of free game content.
Although currently there is no official date on when this package will become available, it is said that the plan will be to issue each player’s highest levelled character a legendary weapon, along with the Frustration emote and a level appropriate amount of titanium.
The studio have also said that the package contents may change depending on how possible it is for them to create and will become available to players who took part int he game between March 31st and April 11th along with any players who were affected by the automatic inventory wipe.
Hopefully the patch will be available sooner rather than later, but be sure to check back with us at Gamerficial for the latest news and updates.
