A series of huge re-releases about to land on November 11, meaning players across all platforms will get the chance to try their hand at some old classic games. This will include the release of the much anticipated Grand Theft Auto – The Definitive Edition along with Star Wars: Knights of the Old Republic and Skyrim: Anniversary Edition.
Although, Skyrim’s release date is no surprise as November 11 is the games original release date when it first launched back in 2011. There has even been talks that the next release from Bethesda, Starfield will be released on November 11, 2022.
Players will be able to experience some changes in Skyrim’s re-release Skyrim: Anniversary Edition following its last released DLC, Dragonborn. There will also be a full fishing system implemented along with a series of improvements for next-gen consoles Xbox Series X/S and PS5.
Players are eager to get their hands on Grand Theft Auto: The Trilogy – The Definitive Edition which is also schedule to release on November 11, the trilogy will include remasters of Vice City, San Andreas and Grand Theft Auto 3.
Each remaster will have upgraded visuals and lighting along with higher resolution textures, they will also feature modern improvements to its controls across different consoles.
Xbox Game Pass subscribers will also be able to gain access to San Andreas from launch, where as PlayStation Now subscribers will have to wait until December 7 to get their hands on their free game, GTA 3.
Star Wars: Knights of the Old Republic will also be releasing on November 11 and will be a simple port to Nintendo Switch, although an actual remaster of the game is scheduled to be in the pipeline for the future.
