Silent Hill still remains one of the most influential titles in the horror genre and it seems its influences are still shining through today as newer titles are taking inspiration from this iconic classic.
Upcoming title Wronged Us takes cues from Silent Hill, although it is unclear what this means for the games mechanics as of yet.
There has not been a great deal of details revealed about the games storyline, although the developer has taken to YouTube to upload a short clip giving a snippet of insight into the game.
Of course, there is not a lot that can be taken from the 20 second clip however it does show a man located next to a hill where a couple can be seen holding hands although they appear to be headless.
One of the couple then begins to move towards the man before the footage comes to an end, so at the moment it’s anyones guess which direction the story will take us in.
It is also unclear when the game will be released as there has been no launch date mentioned at the moment apart from the fact we should expect it sometime in 2022.
What we do know though is that the game will be built in Unreal Engine 5 which is no surprise as it tends to be the most popular for indied titles.

It is impossible to say at the moment just what the game will feature, although it’s not uncommon for new titles to take inspiration for older classics.
Fans will just have to hold on for more information on this project, but when it does release it looks like it’s going to be an interesting one.
