A brand new first-person shooter is on its way from the team at Blue Isle Studios.
Blue Isle Studios who is known for titles such as Citadel: Forged in Fire and Valley, has recently revealed that they have a brand new multiplayer title in the works.
The first-person shooter title will be able to support up to 60 players and will include aerial firefights. Players will play as a mercenary with either the Exo-Terrans or the United Earth Defense Coalition before they can then choose one of four exo-suits.
There will be a specific set of skills tied to each exo-suit that players will be able to use to guide cruise missiles, organise automated turrets and blow up their opponents.
Players will be able to journey around six huge environments using hoverboards and mechanical moose while equipping jetpacks and grappling hooks.
Leap will feature a number of different game modes when early access begins along with a series of different weapons for players to unlock.
The team also revealed that the closed beta is due to begin on January 19 for two days before coming to a close on January 21.
For players wanting to get a slice of the action in the closed beta, you can sign up on the games official website for the chance to particpate.
It is currently unclear when Leap will become a part of Steam Early Access as of yet, all we know is that it is “coming soon”.
