Melika ZaidiBy Melika ZaidiJuly 6, 2021

A new leak has revealed a new Call of Duty style game mode is headed to Apex Legends.

Apex Legend’s main focus has always been its battle royale mode however Respawn Entertainment has added some other modes to the title too and now it seems there could be a new Call of Duty style mode in the works.

Countless modes have been introduced into the game in the past such as various Halloween events, third-person modes and lots of Hunt missions along with the recent addition of the 3v3 Arena mode.

These modes have all proved to be very popular with fans and they are hungry for more, now it seems their prayers may have been answered thanks to a new leak.

Well known leaker ‘Shrugtal’ has claimed that a new mode is on its way named which will be called ‘Capture’.

The leaker has said there will be similarities between this new mode and Call of Duty’s mode Domination in which players had the task of successfully capturing three different locations on the map.

This will be a similar mode to Call of Duty, although as it is Apex it will have its own twist which will allow players to spawn Trident in different ‘parking pads’ located in the Capture arena.

This will give players the ability to travel speedily between the different capture points, the mode is also suspected to be larger than the standard 3v3 mode and could be as big as a 6v6.
