Half-Life 2 remains a classic title and it seems that some fans have spent five years recreating the games entire map in Minecraft.
A number of Minecraft players have taken on the huge project of recreating the entire map from Half-Life 2.
The project has been in the works for the last five years, while some may thing that the recreation will only cover on Half-Life 2’s iconic city, it is actually focussing on the entire thing from Ravenholm to the Vault.
This creation is named City-17 and includes the Citadel, Ravenholm, the Vault, the Borealis alongside content from Episode 1 and the ship that was the setting of Half-Life 3.
The project began back in February of 2016 and it is still not finished, there is still Black Mesa, the Aperture Science Lab and the entire contents of Episode 2 to be completed.
Highway 17 is still a work in progress also as it stands at around only 20% completed, although there is still some items to be finished there is still a huge portion of the map available explore.
