Fans have been left disappointed by recent news that the highly anticipated Lord of The Rings: Gollum has been facing some pretty serious delays.
The new title Lord Of The Rings: Gollum is set to be a stealth game in which players will experience the series villain in a whole new light.
It is said the games developers have shone a light on the ongoing conflict between Gollum and Smeagol, it’s general focus of the game is that the decisions the players make throughout the game will eventually affect Gollum’s eventual outcome in the game.
As amazing as the game sounds, we have some bad news, it’s gonna be a while before you get to try it out.
Daedalic Entertainment, the games developers have revealed how it had entered into a co-publishing and distribution agreement with NACON, although many have suggested that Daedelic could go solo on publishing the game it’s likely that the ongoing COVID situation has threw a spanner in the works and contributed to delays.
Daedalic have also spoken about their focus on making the game next-gen and just how it will run on PS5, it was published in Official Playstation Magazine 182 a quote from developer Jonas Husges which read “Gollum’s actions become more tangible and his physical struggle when he runs out of stamina translates directly to the way the game is played”.
