Left 4 Dead fans have been somewhat confused after the franchise has been Trending on Twitter following this years E3 event.
Valve have not announced any new information on the Left 4 Dead series, which left fans confused when the franchise was trending on Twitter following this years E3 event.
However, it can’t help but be noted just how many new and upcoming titles are drawing inspiration from the fan-favourite series, such as new and upcoming title ‘The Anacrusis’ which has taken on a similar gameplay system to Left 4 Dead.
Left 4 Dead is trending and I just want to say that these games were GOATED pic.twitter.com/O0kYW7lsSr— Andre (@ChristianFNCage) June 12, 2021
Fans were also left thinking that Rainbow Six Extraction would follow in Left 4 Dead’s footsteps with a similar shooter type set up.
Although none of these quite meet the Left 4 Dead mark exactly, fans will just have to hang on and see if another instalment in the franchise will come into fruition.
Fans have been hoping that Turtle Rock’s Back 4 Blood may step up to the plate although many players are still living in hope for a genuine sequel.
