Previous leaks have suggested that the long awaited title could release around 2022 or 2023 however a new leak has suggested it could be as late as 2025 before we see GTA 6 release.
Well known leaker Tom Henderson has claimed that we may not see the title release “until 2024-2025”. “If you’re expecting to play this game in the next couple of years I would put your expectations in check”.
It seems there has been a number of reasons why the release of the game will be delayed. The leaker also said that the company focus “heavily on employee wellbeing” as they are trying to avoid harsh hours throughout the games development at the studio.

Henderson followed up by saying “is going to release solely on current-gen consoles and PC”. “It is not going to release on past-generation consoles.”
Despite GTA V releasing back in 2013, it still remains one of the most popular titles of all time, with the popularity of the title still continuing to grow, it makes sense that we may not seen GTA 6 until 2025.
Of course we must take this information with a pinch of salt with nothing having been officially confirmed currently.
It looks like fans will have to wait it out for an official announcement from Rockstar Games, in the meantime be sure to check back with us at Gamerficial for the latest new ands updates.
