The brand new boxart has removed the banner that states the titles exclusivity to PlayStation, it also adds a nod to the Legends multiplayer expansion.
The new artwork can be see across Amazon and also Playstation Direct which features the missing banner, this has prompted fans to think that the PC version could be headed our way soon.
We have seen this happen with other titles too such as Horizon Zero Dawn and Days Gone before they’re PC ports were revealed, which is a good indication that we could be looking at a similar situation here with Ghost of Tsushima.
However, it is interesting that Sony does not use the label ‘Only on Playstation’ on PS4 games that players can also get on PS5.
Playstation have also said in the past that they are hoping to bring a lot more exclusives over to PC.
“Particularly from the latter half of the PS4 cycle our studios made some wonderful, great games. There’s an opportunity to expose those great games to a wider audience and recognise the economics of game development, which are not always straightforward.”
