Fans are still eagerly holding out for further news on the much anticipated GTA 6 title.
So far Rockstar has remained tight lipped on whether a GTA 6 title is in development or if there is even a game coming at all, with lack of information fans have been left with no choice to rely on leaks and rumours over the years for their fix of GTA news.
A new GTA title is well overdue after having seen the last title launch all the way in 2013, since then Rockstar has pulled its focus to Grand Theft Auto Online.
Grand Theft Auto has gone from strength to strength over the last 7 years and it seems it has no intention of slowing down anytime soon as it continues to add a series of new updates and content.
There is even plans to port the game over to next-gen consoles too, which makes sense considering its incredible popularity, even if it does come at the cost of a single-player mode.
However, for those worried we may never see a single-player mode again, your prayers may have been answered.
Rockstar developers Scott Butchard and Tarek Hamad recently revealed in an interview with GQ magazine that the studio will not be throwing the single player out completely, despite what some fans have been lead to believe.
“I think you can see that with Online and I think going forward we’re going to inject more of that single-player element in there”.
They went on to explain that in the Online game, the narrative of Cayo Perico aim to support solo players and those who play with friends and that is the kind of thing we can hope to see more of.
However, it could still be a number of years before we see a GTA 6 title launch, but we will keep our fingers crossed that it is sooner rather than later.
