A recent update for the popular title leaves console players facing major problems.
Ever since we saw the release of Grand Theft Auto Online back in 2013 the game has continued to go from strength to strength as it has grown more and more popular each year, steadily building a loyal fanbase.

However, it hasn’t all been smooth sailing for the title, players have often complained about the games loading times. Although, recently a new update seemed to relieve the problem on PC but console users haven’t quite experienced the same results.
The complaints over loading times have flocked in thick and fast over the years as some users report waiting times of up to four minutes. There has even been reports from some players that they have waited as long as seven minutes for the game to load.
Thanks to a new patch the problem seems to be alleviated for PC users, although players who use consoles haven’t seemed to be as lucky with many facing major glitches and crashing ever since updating.

Players have been taking to social media to express their frustrations and experiences after updating the game, although PC users have noted that their load times have been significantly reduced.
Many players using Xbox have seemed to draw the short straw after a series of reports flooded in that when trying to join a game they were getting sent immediately back to the home screen. Whereas, gamers using PS4 and PS5 were left unable to download the patch at all.
As many players have been trying to suggest ways to bypass these issues, there hasn’t been much success. It seems that the problem is more serious that players administrating a simple fix, hopefully Rockstar will issue another patch sooner rather than later that will help rectify this issue.
