Thanks to Forza Motorsport’s official website, the resolution and FPS for the game on Xbox Series X has finally been revealed.
The game will run on 4k resolution and 60FPS on Xbox Series X whereas the Xbox Series S of the game will only run at 1080p resolution and 60 FPS.
Although the website confirms the Xbox Series X to run at 4k resolution, could it be that there is a performance mode which gives more FPS?
Games on Xbox Series X have performance and quality modes, this means players can get more FPS and a reduced quality, similarly to what we have seen previously in Forza Horizon 5.
Could it be that Forza Motorsport will follow suit and allow both of these options?
As updates on the game continue to flow as we get closer to release, hopefully we will receive confirmation on the game’s performance and quality.

It has already been confirmed by Turn 10 that the game will include “on-track” Ray Tracing, Forza game director has also revealed that Ray Tracing will be available for players as they are racing following fears that it would be limited.
Forza Motorsport will release in Spring of 2023 on Xbox Series X, Xbox Series S and PC.
