Fortnite fans could be in for a treat as it looks like a sequel could be on it’s way, the rumors have came from a number of job listings that have been posted on the developers website. Fortnite is a live service game and receives a stream of regular updates to keep the game fresh and relevant, so in theory the game can keep going for many years to come.

Complaints have started coming in from fans that the game is starting to feel stale, changes to the game and live events have been enough to keep the game interesting for years, but maybe now fans are looking for something different.

There are a number of listings on the website, including one looking for a Concept Artist who will have the role of creating “alternate skin designs for approved hero characters”.

Another listing calls for an Experienced Design Lead who will need to “help shape the Fortnite ecosystem for the future”, the candidate will also need to be able to design events and brand experiences.

There is number of other job listings that are on the website also, so with the right additions to the team it looks as if the game could have a complete overhaul. Of course, with no official announcement for a second game, we can only speculate that this is what the job listings are for.
