Just what happened in Mr. Beast’s latest challenge, with reports from participants that there was some major bugs in the game, here’s what we know.
Well known Youtuber Mr. Beast recently issued a second contest of his popular challenge ‘Finger on the App”. For those who don’t know, the challenge requires players to keep their finger glued to their phone screens until they become the last player standing.

This time around the winning player would be able to scoop up an impressive $100k, as you probably know Mr. Beast is well known for giving away huge amounts of money, more commonly to people he doesn’t even know.
He had previously ran the first round of ‘Finger on the App’ back in June of last year where he offered up a $25k prize for the last player standing, or holding their finger on their phone.

However, it seemed that many participants reported facing a bug that was making it almost impossible for them to progress with the challenge. Players took to social media to share their issues, it seems that for many there some connectivity problems which lead to them being kick out of the game.
Some participants claimed they didn’t even get to actually take part before they lost the game.

NO I LITERALLY HAD MY FINGER ON THE APP PLS FIX THE GLITCH pic.twitter.com/nnpUT0WkmA
Could this have been caused by a huge influx in players?
Around 1.5million players tuned in to take the challenge which could have lead to the issues players were experiencing, Mr. Beast took to Twitter to inform players that players who were booted out could have been done so by poor connection or accidentally touching the screen with a second finger.
The Tweet read “99% of games went smoothly, the devs are finding that most of the few people that had issues were due to poor connection or they accidentally touched with a second finger. Still investigating and I’m genuinely sorry if there was a real glitch, we had 1.5 mil players and”
He then went on to say “I obviously want nothing more then for this to go well. If for some reason you bought lives and do feel like you lost because of a glitch, we are accepting all refunds so you should be Gucci. I love you all and was just trying to give people something fun to do”.

He said he will offer refunds to those that were affected that had purchased extra lives. Of course, Mr. Beast just wanted to give back to his fans, due to the large amount of money on offer it seems that the game became intense and very quickly.
Mr. Beast even added bombs into the game or players to avoid in a bid to wipe our bots, however it seems as though after a total of 2 days and 3 hours there has been a winner crowned.
After 2 days and 3 hours @Swagbacon123 was the last person with his finger on the app and won $100,000!!!! CONGRATULATIONS!
