Popular streamer Dr Disrespect spoke on in a recent stream about Twitch’s massive data leak.
For those who haven’t already heard, Twitch recently suffered a huge data leak in which a hacker managed to get their hands on around 125GB of data from the website.
The data leaked from the site included top streamers earnings, the sites source code along with user passwords and details.
Twitch has since spoken out with an update on the situation saying “We can confirm a breach has taken place. Our teams are working with urgency to understand the extent of this. We will update the community as soon as additional information is available. Thank you for bearing with us“.
Since the leak, a number of streamers have been quick to comment, with many claiming the earnings are incorrect while some say the numbers revealed look pretty accurate.
Of course, fans have fled to question Dr Disrespect on his opinion following the leak, and as always the doc was clear, concise and straight to the point.
After having been asked by a fan in a recent stream for his opinion on the matter, the doc simply responded with ““I don’t f*cking care”.
The Docs comments can be seen in the above clip at around to 27 minute mark, but of course as everyone knows, Dr Disrespect was banned from Twitch sometime ago.
But in his time with Twitch, according to the leaks it was revealed that Dr Disrespect’s earnings were $2,863,780.63 before taxes in the period between September of 2019 and August of 2020.
It has now been just over a year since the Doc was banned from Twitch, many had suggested it was due to the Doc doing something illegal, although this was merely speculation and the reason is still unknown.
The Doc claims to know the reason why he was banned from the site, although no one else seems to know exactly why this happened.
