Clever trick to let you fly 50% further in Warzone

Warzone players have found a clever trick that can help you glide over 50% further after deploying your parachute.

Although Warzone has been out for a good few months now, players are still finding out tips and tricks to get ahead of their opponents in game.

The latest is a way for players to fly a lot further than usual while deploying from the drop plane, helping you to get too distant and quieter drop locations around Verdansk without too much trouble.

Call of Duty YouTuber JGOD has shared a trick that is working surprisingly well, although it looks slightly unusual on the screen.

Many people just cut their shoot and then redeploy as a way to travel further across the map, but JGOD has explained that controlling your speed by gliding diagonally might actually be better for travelling greater distances.

Maintaining max speed while flying forwards will also send you downwards at the same rate, but there’s a way to slow your decent speed by half while still reaching top speed. Here’s how to do it:

  1. Pull your parachute immediately after dropping from the plane.
  2. Glide sideways towards the area you want to drop into, remember you can use free look to look around.
  3. Glide at a speed of 6.6, then angle your character a little more forward until the speed meter reaches the 6.7 – 7.2 range.
  4. Maintain this angle for the rest of your glide as this is the most efficient way to get to your destination.

Follow these steps and you will be gliding at top speed towards your desired destination, while descending at a much slower rate.

It wont be easy to master this trick, but keep trying and before you know it you’ll be able to pull it off in every match.
