The hype bas been steadily building around the release of survival horror Chernobylite and finally the wait is over.
Players are able to get their hands on the title and it is currently holding a ‘very positive’ position on Steam.
The title takes players on a journey, playing in the role of Igor who is a former employee of the Chernobyl Power Plant, Igor then returns back to Pripyat in order to conduct and investigation into the disappearance of his fiancée.
His fiancee went missing 30 years ago and players must use a host of survival tactics along with building and crafting in order to make it out alive.
Players will need to “choose wisely whether to trust your comrades or not, use resources for survival or research, and confront conflicts or evade them”.

The title has been previously released on PC and is currently sitting on a Metacritic rating of 74 from its 74 reviews.
However, the Xbox version of the game has not yet gathered enough reviews although we are pretty sure we will see a very similar rating.
Players have reported very few issues with the game, although there has been some concerns with crashing and low resolution however these issues hopefully will be ironed out and there is also a next-gen version of the game in development.
The Chernobylite Twitter account read “No, it’s 30FPS – if you want to use the max of your next-gen console, please wait for the PS5 & XSX version. This is the PS4 & XOne version, which was created to meet the possibilities of this current-gen consoles :-)”
