Well known Youtuber JGOD shows fans how Blind Fire in Vanguard spells trouble for Warzone.
More and more information is slowly being released on this years Call of Duty Title, Vanguard. Fans are patiently waiting for the November 5 release date so they can jump into the game.
Call of Duty: Vanguard will take place in a World War II setting and will transport players back in time within its campaign and multiplayer modes.
Warzone is also expected to get a huge makeover along with a brand new map, but that’s not all that will be coming to the game. A new mechanic, Blind Fire will bring a fresh feel to fights although from what we have seen so far, there is a chance that it may not be all smooth sailing.
A portion of gameplay from Vanguard was revealed at Gamescom and YouTuber JGOD wasted no time sharing his concerns with fans.
JGOD took to Twitter to say “Looking at it a little closer, it looks like it reduces hip fire spread as a benefit the same way normal mounting helps with recoil, which is a huge problem especially if you can use weapons with hip fire builds. No stock, 5mw, Merc, short barrel, and extended mag blind firing”.
Although it seems he has looked into things with some depth he has also mentioned that there may need to be some particular designs made to the map so that Blind Fire is actually a viable option.
JGOD followed up in his video by saying “My thinking is that the cover has to be a certain height so there would be clear map designs for you to use this mechanic”.
If we see this feature available in multiplayer, areas with Blind Fire could see some pretty powerful effects.
It looks like players will be able to test out these features in alpha and beta tests ahead of the games release to see just how this feature and others will actually play out.
