New leaks surrounding Call of Duty 2021 have appeared online and they suggest some iconic maps will be returning to the series.
As the suspected release date for this years Call of Duty title looms closer, Activision are yet to officially confirm any information on the upcoming game.
This hasn’t stopped multiple rumours and leaks surfacing online over the past few months, with some suggesting that the next title will be set in World War 2 which will include a host of brand new features for its integration with Warzone.
But recently, we have seen a host of new leaks claim that there will be a host of iconic maps that will be featured in the upcoming Call of Duty title.
Well known leaker ‘TheMW2Ghost’ took to Twitter to share a host of details with fans.
The post read “Just some small bits to share I’ve been told that the map ‘London Docks’ from WW2 is apparently coming to Vanguard as season dlc (1 or 2 I think) As well as a WW2 version of a very fan-favourite map from a very iconic cod game….can’t share what that map is just yet though”
TheMW2Ghost went on to say “I honestly don’t mind remakes. They usually remake maps that are good from old cods, and IMO, maps in newer cods just aren’t good, man. Maybe it’s because I stopped playing cod after MW3, and haven’t played those remakes as much as some of you. But a good map is a good map”.

We first saw London Docks introduced into the game back in 2017 and it didn’t take long for it to become a hit with fans.
Now, it seems that the fan favourite could be making its way back in this years Call of Duty release, although there is always the chance that it won’t be available at launch.
It has been suggested that Vanguard will drop alongside eight other maps, so it makes sense that we would see London Docks added to the game at a later date.
Of course we must take this information with a pinch of salt at the moment, with nothing being officially confirmed fans have no choice but to wait and see what the future brings.
