A huge collection of weapons in Call of Duty: Black Ops Cold War will be getting a major shake up tomorrow.
Treyarch Studios have recently issued a huge list of weapons that will be getting a major change-up tomorrow, it seems that this weaponry will be having some of their gameplay variables amended in the next update due to take place tomorrow.
The list features some pieces that are considered to be the most powerful weapons in the game at the moment, such as the FFAR assault rifle and the AK-74u submachine gun.
Treyarch took to Twitter to issue the full list of all the weapons that will be affected in the update.
Tuning scheduled for the following weapons next week:— Treyarch Studios (@Treyarch) March 25, 2021
• KSP 45
• Milano 821
• Krig 6
• FFAR 1
• LMG adjustments
• Launchers buffed against Flak Jacket in Hardcore + more
Full patch notes coming on Monday.
Although the list names each weapon that will be receiving adjustments, it doesn’t go into further detail about which weapons will be getting which adjustments.
It seems that The Flak Jacket perk will also be getting nerfed, launchers will now result in even more damage to enemy players in hardcore.
However, as Black Ops Cold War and Warzone receive separate updates, these upcoming changes will not affect Warzone’s version of these weapons. Unfortunately, the update will only apply to Black Ops Cold War weapons.
These upcoming changes however play a part in what will be a larger mid season update, which will introduce the new map Mansion.
There is also be a double-XP weekend running currently, however make the most of it while you can as tomorrow is the last day before the event comes to a close.
