The release window for BioShock 4 has potentially been revealed thanks to a new leak.
The development of BioShock 4 has remained relatively quiet, although now it seems a new leak may have gave fans some insight into when the game will finally be released.
It looks as if the game may be gearing up for a 2022 release, the next BioShock title is reportedly in development at Cloud Chamber however there are very little details available on the title.
Fans are eager to learn about the new BioShock game, but with very few details on offer about the titles characters, plot or even the games title, there is not a lot to go by as of yet.
The next instalment in the BioShock franchise will be the first of which coming from Cloud Chamber, however a series of details were revealed thanks to a number of new job listings.
Fans were able to learn that the new title will be created with Unreal Engine 5 and will include and open-world setting, further details on the games setting and characters are yet to be revealed.
It looks as if BioShock 4 could scheduled for a release at some point in 2022, a service leak from Nvidia GeForce Now has revealed a series of unannounced and upcoming titles which included a number of references to ‘BioShock 2022’.
This marks the first occasion in which a new BioShock title has been referenced with an actual date, of course there is always the chance it could simply be a placeholder but it may also prove to be true.
The leaked data also references ‘BioShock RTX Remaster’ which has sparked rumours that some of the games could be getting significant improvements.
There is always a chance that ‘BioShock 2022’ could also be referring to a completely different project, could this be a remastered collection?
It looks like fans will just have to wait and see, although it looks as if we may not have too much longer to wait.
