As we draw closer to the expected end of year release for Halo Infinite, 343 Industries are releasing more and more details about the upcoming title.
Now, it seems that a huge detail has been revealed as 343 Industries officially confirm the return and major overhaul of the fan-favourite Big Team Battle mode.
The first title to feature Big Team Battles was Halo 2 and now it seems like Halo Infinite will follow in the footsteps of its predecessor. We saw Halo 5 take it to the next level with its Big Team Battle as it offered up an impressive 16 player experience.
Players can now expect to see a colossal 24 player action in Halo Infinite’s Big Team Battle, the mode will set up 12 players against each other on a huge map with every player ready with the games special abilities and weapons.
This will be the largest amount of players the game has ever seen in a BTB mode, we got a taste of the battle mode during Xbox and Bethesda’s E3 2021 presentation.
From what we know so far, Halo Infinite devs have confirmed that the mode will see players able to order weapon ordnance from the sky along with witnessing Pelicans deploying vehicles.
So far there hasn’t been any further details on Halo Infinite’s Big Team Battle mode, there has been a lot of details on the titles multiplayer mode and we’re sure there will be lots more to come as we run up closer to the launch.
