The upcoming title will drop this year between October and December and is currently being developed for last-gen and current-gen consoles.
In a recent earnings call, EA confirmed that the long anticipated Battlefield title is currently in development by four studios EA DICE, Criterion, EA Gothenburg and DICE LA.

There was also confirmation that the title will be released on both last-gen and current-gen consoles along with PC.
EA have laid out plans for the title to release towards the end of this year, fans should expect to see the title release somewhere between October and December.

There is also plans through the year for the rest of EA’s releases such as FIFA 22, Madden NFL 22 and F1 2021. These titles can be expected to become available between July and September this year, NHL 22 is set to release around the same time as the upcoming Battlefield title.
However, the calendar doesn’t include any release dates for unannounced titles, although it does note the next-gen Star Wars Jedi: Fallen Order which has already been announced.

The announcement for the next instalment in the Battlefield series has only been recently confirmed by EA and we are yet to see the game be fully revealed.
