‘Battlefield 6’ Leak Reveals Futuristic Setting featuring Robots and Drones

According to a recent leak, it seems that the much anticipated title will be set in the future and feature robots and drones.

A recent leak has surfaced claiming that the unannounced Battlefield title will take place in a futuristic setting. Well known leaker Tom Henderson took to Twitter to share a newsletter highlighting details about the much anticipated Battlefield 6.

He claims that the game will take place around 10 years into the future and suggested that it will be possible for the games developers to add technology that has only just been tested by the military today.

Fans could expect to see the likes of jets, robots, tanks, helicopters and drones featuring in the game. According to the newsletter players will be able to operator their own specialist team and select which superpower they want to fight for.

It was also noted that the campaign will also have co-op support allowing players to battle with their squad as well as solo. The leaker has also suggested that a battle royale mode could be making its way to the title also, however this could be well after the game has launched.

He has also previously mentioned that the title may not be called Battlefield 6 and instead just ‘Battlefield’ with a trailer that could arrive around May of this year.

Rumours first started circulating around this upcoming title back in January and was said to be a huge game with the ability to host 128 player matches, there has also since been claims that the title will be heavily focused on Battlefield 3.
