Since the reveal of the much anticipated Battlefield 2042 title, we have been let into two modes the game is set to feature.

One being the huge All-Out Warfare which will be able to support battles of up to 128 players which is already seeming to be very popular amongst fans.
The other is the Hazard Zone which will be significantly smaller as well as a squad-based mode, there is also a third mode which is currently still being kept under wraps.

Well known leaker Tom Henderson has recently claimed to know the titles third mode, Henderson has reported that the unknown mode will be a nostalgic sandbox.
The Battlefield Hub will apparently include remasters of iconic maps from previous Battlefield titles in the series along with various vehicles and weapons from past titles, it is claimed to be the “ultimate sandbox experience”.

The gameplay is said to be straight from 2042, we can also see details emerging from deeper in Hazard Zone in the video.
Henderson has claimed that Hazard Zone will be a free-to-play mode with seasons and battle passes similar to other battle royale titles.

Henderson also informs players that they should take these leaks with a pinch of salt, as much as he has been correct in the past he adds that a lot of his sources were not able to back up his findings.
