Melika ZaidiBy Melika ZaidiJuly 13, 2021

DICE has confirmed that fans can expect the return of some iconic maps in Battlefield 2042.

During the EA Play Future of First-Person Shooters stream, it was revealed by DICE that the upcoming Battlefield 2042 title will feature some returning fan favourite maps

Ripple Effect Studios’ general manager, Christian Grass teased the new mode that is currently being worked on by the team.

“So I can’t say that much about it, but what I can say is that one of the components in this experience that we are creating is that we are adding some of the fan favorite maps back into Battlefield 2042, but the entire experience you’ll have to wait a bit longer before we reveal”.

We have already heard copious rumours from leakers that there will be a ‘Battlefield Hub’ in which players will be able to access a host of maps, weapons and much more from previous titles in the franchise.
