As Season 8 slowly draws to a close in the coming weeks, teasers have been appearing thick and fast giving players insight into what Season 9 may include. The new Legend and daughter of an Apex Predator Valkyrie was revealed earlier this week in a new story from the Outlands video.
Throughout the Legacy launch trailer Ash can be seen spectating the other Legends throughout battle, the trailer also shows off heaps of new features such as the new Bocek Bow, new areas of Infested Olympus and Valkyrie.
Fans have expected the addition of an Arena mode for quite some time now following a leak when dataminers found evidence suggesting the new mode back in October of last year.
Another notable point in the trailer that has got fans talking is the fact that it failed to display its usual season name and and title number, instead it simply says ‘Apex Legends Legacy’. Could this mean that we are in store for something bigger than we initially thought?

Fans are also eager to learn what new Legend Valkyrie’s abilities will be, however she can be seen in the trailer using her Northstar Titan-inspired jetpack to fly around, towards the end of the trailer she can also be seen delivering a host of missiles and is pictured with Bocek Bow.
The mode will officially be revealed on April 26th so fans don’t have much longer to wait to be able to enjoy everything the new feature has to offer, however in the meantime be sure to check back with us at Gamerficial for the latest news and updates.
