Animal Crossing: Could we be Seeing the Return of the Pumpkin Furniture this Halloween?

Halloween is almost upon us and fans have been waiting eagerly for news on the upcoming update for Animal Crossing New Horizons.

Nintendo has already said that the fall update is ‘around the corner’ so we shoudn’t have much longer until we find out what new feautures are going to be coming to the game.

As we are all hanging in suspense waiting for the upcoming update it hasn’t stopped fans speculating and suggesting what they would like to see in update.

Nintendo has already teased us with released imagery featuring Jack the pumpkin, the Czar of Halloween.

He appears around Halloween in the game and if you complete tasks which he asks of you he will reward you with special furniture and items.

Jack has appeared in previous versions of the game, players met him in the New Leaf title. There were special limited edition items player could collect from him in New leaf.

This was the spooky furniture range, it consisted of these items:

  • Spooky Bed
  • Spooky Carpet
  • Spooky Wall
  • Spooky Clock
  • Spooky Bookcase
  • Spooky Lamp
  • Spooky Sofa
  • Spooky Paper
  • Spooky Table
  • Spooky Dresser
  • Spooky Vanity
  • Spooky Chair
  • Spooky Wall Lamp
  • Spooky Wardrobe

These items came together for players to be able to create the perfect Halloween interior, will we see these items again this Halloween?

We can’t know for certain if this set will make a comeback or even somethign similar, all we can do is wait for Nintendo to put us out of our misery and anounce the details of what we can expect from this upcoming update.
