Now that Call of Duty Black Ops Cold War is officially revealed, fans are looking to get as much information as they can about the game. So here is a list of all the confirmed scorestreaks you can expect to see in the game.
Fans know just how important scorestreaks can be in a Call of Duty game, and the developers behind Black Ops Cold War are known for some of the best streak rewards in the franchise – from K9 Units to R.A.P.S, they know how to make a satisfying streak reward.
This year the game is returning to a score based streak system rather than a kill based system, which rewards players for playing the objective rather than camping somewhere in the map to get kills.
Despite the change to how you earn the streaks, veterans of the series will be familiar, but they wont be earning the same streaks they did in the last Black Ops game. A few new streaks have been added, such as the new Air Patrol streak which allows one team to block the other from calling in any air support.
It might seem as though players need a ridiculously high amount of points to earn each streak, but remember that this is a new system and every streak includes a cool-down period.
All Black Ops Cold War Scorestreaks (that we know of)
RC-XD: 600 score, 90 secs cooldown
Spy Plane: 800 score, 90 secs cooldown
Artillery: 1900 score, 90 secs cooldown
Napalm Strike: 2400 score, 90 secs cooldown
Air Patrol: 2750 score, 90 secs cooldown
War Machine: 3150 score, 90 secs cooldown
Attack Helicopter: 3750 score, 90 secs cooldown
Chopper Gunner: 6000 score, 90 secs cooldown
This is not a definitive list however, these are only the ones we know of, the full game will feature many more, and any of the ones listed above coul d change or be removed at any time, as well as the amount of points required to earn them.
