Activision have made the decision to drop Jeff Leach, the actor who plays Ghost in Call of Duty after he made a series of sexist comments during a stream.
Any Call of Duty fan will know Ghost as one of the most popular characters in the franchise, with him appearing across a variety of different Call of Duty titles in the series.

Jeff Leach was cast as the fan favourite special forces operator who appeared in Call of Duty Mobile and also Call of Duty: Warzone, however recently footage has surfaced of Leach offensively commenting towards streamer ‘ZombiUnicorn’.

In the clip the host comments “No wonder why ZombiUnicorn didn’t want to come on” which is met with comments from Leach criticising the streamer.
At the time Leach was banned from Twitch, however now it seems that he has came under fire again for the words he has used in his own Warzone stream at the end of last year.

On this occasion he had specifically targeted a viewer and continued to make negative comments about their appearance.
Activision recently stated that “sexism has no place in our industry, our games or in society” and announced that the are no longer going to be working with Jeff Leach.
Since the split all attention has turned to Facebook as on the platform Leach has continued to be a partnered streamer.

ZombiUnicorn took to Twitter to call out Facebook Gaming saying “@FacebookGaming we’re still waiting on your response to allowing hate and prejudice to reign free on your platform.”

It is currently unclear if Facebook Gaming will address the situation or if Activision will find another actor to take over Ghost.
