A first look at Warzone’s New Map

Fans have been waiting eagerly for information on the new map coming to Warzone, details have now become available along with further information on Call of Duty: Black Ops Cold War Season 1.

As Season 1 of Black Ops Cold War looms closer, anticipation runs high as fans are anxious to see what new content will be coming with the new season. Activision have just dropped a trailer for the fast approaching first season, showing fans what they can expect.

Players can expect to see Season 1 drop on December 16th, it was initially supposed to launch on December 10th however was unexpectedly pushed back.

The trailer revealed brand new multiplayer maps that will be arriving in Season 1, along with a brand new Warzone map and Gulag experience. Most of the trailer concentrated on the new Gulag map, giving players a feel for what they are in store for in the near future.

It has been a big change for Warzone to leave behind Verdansk and move to the new map of Rebirth Island, the trailer also gave fans a good look at the new Rebirth Island map and all of the upcoming features in the first season.

There was also some teasers revealed for new maps that will be making their way to Black Ops Cold War, such as Nuketown 84′ Holiday, The Pines, Raid, and Sanatorium.

The official Call of Duty Twitter account also took to the platform to share even more content on the upcoming new season. Fans will be pleased to know that 2v2 gunfights will be making a return, along with other fan favourite modes like Prop Hunt.

There was also a nod to Zombies indicating there will be two new additional modes added, these will be Cranked which is a fast paced mode which will challenge players with aim of taking out zombies in order to survive. The other mode is Jingle Hells which is set to be a Christmas themed mode which will let us see zombies adorned with festive décor.

With not much longer to wait now before the launch of Season 1, fans will be able to get their hands on these new features soon.
