Ubisoft Announce Free-To-Play The Division Resurgence

Ubisoft have recently announced a brand new free-to-play title, the game will be a new instalment in Tom Clancy’s The Division franchise.

The Division Resurgence will be a shooter title that is currently being developed for smartphones, Ubisoft said “The fight for New York is not over! Rediscover the world-acclaimed franchise now on mobile with The Division Resurgence”.

“Enjoy a AAA experience featuring a new storyline set in a massive urban open-world”.

The trailer showcases just how amazing the game looks, especially for a mobile game, it has definitely managed to keep the Division experience we all known and love.

Players will take on the role of an agent who works with the Strategic Homeland Division who must work to restore order following a deadly viral outbreak.

Although there is no exact release date for Resurgence at the moment, the title is due to launch sometime in 2023.

The game will support both solo and co-op play along with featuring a number of different PVE modes and missions.

That’s not all either, Ubisoft also revealed that The Division Heartland is currently in development for consoles too, although further details on this title are sparse at the moment.
