The trailer for Grand Theft Auto 5 expanded and enhanced as reveal during Sony’s Playstation showcase.
Rockstar Games finally revealed the brand new trailer for the upcoming Grand Theft Auto expanded and enhanced title for PS5 and Xbox Series X.
The trailer gave fans some insight into the features of the game during Sony’s PlayStation Shocase which took place on Thursday.
The title is said to include a host of new features such as instant character switching, however we also learned that the title is being delayed and won’t be released until March 2022.
Instant character switching allows players to switch effortlessly between Franklin, Trevor and Michael, the game will also feature some significantly improved visuals.
The game was initially scheduled to release later this year in November for PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X, the games developer has said that these new versions of the title would include “a range of technical improvements, visual upgrades and performance enhancements.”
In a blog post on the official website, Rockstar Games said “While we are extremely excited to be bringing GTAV to the latest generation of consoles, the game requires a few additional months for polishing and fine-tuning”.
“We look forward to sharing more details about these expanded and enhanced versions soon, including the new standalone version of GTA Online also coming to PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X|S in March”.
However, Rockstar will continue to issue regular updates for GTA Online, players can expect to look forward to some brand new heists across the island of Cayo Perico.
