As Season 5 of Call of Duty: Warzone is well underway, it has brought with it a brand new exploit which seems to be giving squads an unfair advantage.
The glitch in question has been allowing squad mates to clearly see enemies through closed doors while in spectator mode, this then gives these players an unfair advantage while playing as a squad.
When one player from the squad is killed, they are then able to utilise the spectator screen to see through doorways and locate enemies on the other side.
If the squad is using communication to their advantage, the deceased teammate could alert the rest of the squad of the enemy locations.
Reddit user ‘Csmith1875’ took to the platform to share a clip showcasing the glitch in all its glory, the post read “When the door doesn’t appear on your teammates screen.”
The clip shows the team being able to score some kills due to the glitch, one player is killed and taken to the spectator screen, they were then able to see through the doorway locating enemies.
It is worth noting that the glitch obviously wasn’t intentional in this video, however we’re pretty sure that other players will be quick to try it out for themselves and rack up some easy kills.
While that may seem like a good idea, players should approach with caution as the devs seem to be stepping up measures to tackle cheating in the game, just recently it was revealed that over 100,000 Warzone players had been banned from the game.
